About Nick Olive | Sports photographer
Born in Sydney Australia, I spent my teenage years in England where I began photographing live bands and became well known in the underground music scene.
In 2007 I started photographing Sports and Portraits and since have been specializing in sport action and portrait photography.
In 2009 I graduated from Guildford College with a Dist
inction and two Merits in a National Diploma in Photography. After leaving college I worked with Crystal Palace FC as their official reserve team photographer during the 09/10 season.
Originally I was 100% digital but have worked in reverse and am now experienced in all formats of film, as well as digital, and regularly use both forms to suite what I am shooting.
Although I now specialize in sports photography I still enjoy photographing landscapes, bands and wildlife in my spare time.
On a personal note I now live in the northern beaches of Sydney where I enjoy training, hitting the surf and watching every sport under the sun.
